Default Savox SW-0231MG servo install

Hello, I'm new to hobby RCs and building my first kit, the Axial SCX10 Jeep Rubicon. I am attempting to use mostly waterproof electronics and wound up buying the Savox SW-0231MG servo. Some sites describe it as a "tall" servo, and the dimensions do seem larger than most. The result during my install is the upper steering link is too far forward, at an angle, and not parallel to the lower link (as shown in the picture). The servo still seems to rotate from lock to lock, but the "interface" between the horn and the upper link seems a little off- for lack of a better phrase. I can't fully tighten the nylon nut onto the screw, as it requires a little play at full turn, due to the angled link.

Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, any thoughts on how to correct it? I have limited capabilities for fabrication, but could try. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.

I had the same issue with my G6 build..I ended up using the Losi Servo horn it pushes the servo arm back into proportion the the lower link. You can see the difference in the pictures below

or you can just shave off some of the plastic that the servo mounts to (the ones that attach to the servo plate)

Great, thank you both for the info. I think I will go with boohoo's suggestion to leave it be for now, while ordering the servo horn that pvo_srt4 recommends.

pvo_srt4, is the part you speak of Losi LOSA99039? Thanks again.
