Just curious Shane, what section of the cage is that from? It looks pretty at-home in the bed there. I only ask cause I've never had a stock honcho or dingo. Are you going to add any down tubes where the cage mates together near the cab?

Default Szczerba's Comanche

I just bought this, started cutting, fitting the body around the new bed. Cut up some of the rear supports to give it a different look. then drilled through body into the cage. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...P?I=LXYWV8&P=8

Not sure where you are talking about for down tubes. It's in its final state unless someone points out an issue.

Awesome idea. Maybe I'll do this instead of an XJ. Might be able to do a simpler interior too. Following this one.

Thanks Rowdy. We'll see where it goes. I usually change my mind at least once during a build.

Roller with possible wheel/tire combo of RC4WD Mud Bashers on some old delrin beadlocks modded for SLWs. Mock up parts here and there. Still want paint some pieces orange too.

1.55 Pit Growlers with Crawler Innovations foams on GearHead beadlocks.
1.9 RC4WD MTZ's with Crawler Innovations foams on SLW modded Axial beadlocks.

I know there were software printing issues with the rear upper link risers but JC Auto Designs will be coming out with metal versions soon. Check out some of his threads on the products, as several guys are running the parts. It's all ABS so we'll just have to wait and see when I start driving.
Not much of a floorpan left.

Mounted up about 90%. Gotta figure out how to pull the lower sides of the jeep body in. They stick out a little bit due to the fender flare setup.

Default Szczerba's Comanche

I have been running JC Auto Designs front inner support tubes for at least 6 months now. No issues and still hold everything good. These probably wont see production. These axles came out of my SCX-EXO build.

Install pic from a while ago. GripFab AL locker pictured. Been replaced with the ARB style GripFab locker now.

I like the looks of this. A buddy of mine had a truck like this when we were in high school. Fun times!
