Scx10 suspension brands

Ok so I'm new to the scx10 and have recently bought the rubicon, I love it however I don't like the plastic links and steering linkages, I would like to go to aluminum or similar steering linkage(tierod and draglink) and at least upgrade the lower links, possibly the upper links too. What brands and types would you recommend? Any input is appreciated

Axial, Vanquish, Blue Monkey etc. You can also make your own.

I have seen ways to make my own and thought of going that route but at the same time I'm afraid ill make it look like a hack job.

I did the Vanquish link kit with the CMS. A bit pricey, but a really nice kit. I would highly recommend it. When i get another SCX10, i'll get another one of these kits.

I was looking at that kit. Here's my dilemma with the cms, I would like to move my battery up front to balance out the weight a little better, but I'm assuming the cms would put the servo right up where the tray would be moved too, but the cms would have more realistic steering

I would like to make my own and was wondering if any one can help me out on the lengths. I have the Dingo kit so I only need to make the upper links. I will be making it four link. From reading the axial instructions it looks to be 80mm, but I was wondering if anyone had something different?

I have done a lot of homemade things on my 1:1, some of the things would have been a lot easier to just buy lol I may make my own links

You can get stainless steel links from R2J for not much more than buying the Axial hardware. The stainless links are more durable than aluminum and slide over rocks better than aluminum.
