G6 kit and RTR arriving today need advice!!!

Hello everyone! long time browser, got hooked on scalers and now i own a g6 kit!

Need advice on setting up the scx10 g6 to use normal rotation motors instead of the axial reverse rotation ones.

motor i bought TowerHobbies.com | Traxxas Titan 550 Motor 21T E-Maxx

21t titan i believe is normal roration.

before you yell at me say SEARCH THE FORUM!!!! i did and i could not find a definitive thread about this saying "this is what you need to do to change the rotation of the drivetrain" i know you can swap motor leads, change the advance timing to 0, and switch the radio up, but thats not the right way to do it in my opinion and im not sure if you can even mess with the timing on this motor can.I would like to avoid the "faster in reverse" switching motor leads n such all together.

do i just need to mirror the transmission without swapping leads? i am so confuzzled. Iam sure it will be much easier to comprehend when i have the kit in front of me.

just switch the motor leads, the motor will work the same way.
don't read to much into it

That 21t titan is probably going to be for sand and mud ect. backup screw around motor, because i will most likely get the tekin fxr/35t for trailing/crawling since tower hobbies carries it. already have plasti dip, shock slime and marine grease ready to go with the hitec mg-wp servo, g-made sr 02 wheels with sticky weights, i guess mirror trans? and i dont know all the other awesome mods on this site.

The scx10 spins normal . The motors are not reverse rotation. You will be fine with any normal rotation motor. Ccw

Ah okay, so the thread i was reading must have been for the wraith or something else, i know it was an axial post though, thank you for clearing things up for me nick!

Yes it is the wraith bud, no problem
