axial scx10 dingo

So i have just ordered the Tekin 35T pro handwound motor combo and was just wondering what the top speed would be, everything on my Dingo is stock. And also if i were to put lights on it, what would i need. Thanks!

The top speed depends on a couple different things like what you're gearing is going to be as well as what type of battery you are going to run. Is the battery a nimh or lipo battery? Either way unless you run a 3 or 4 cell lipo the 35 turn will be about as fast as a brisk walking pace.

what about a 2 cell lipo??

Re: axial scx10 dingo

2 cell lipo = brisk walk
3 cell lipo = jog
4 cell lipo = fast jog

at least that'sthe eexperience with my tekin 35 turn. And I run it on all three of those batteries. It is a great choice for a scaler as it is not so quick that the truck feels snappy when trying to crawl.

Yes, well you can get away without, but your just gonna shorten the servo life, and the life of the internal bec. $20 is a small price to pay to go a long way

and how would i run lights on my dingo?

You can run lights connected to the 3rd channel output of your receiver or bind plug. Or you can get those LED light controllers where they connect to both Ch1 and ch2 of your receiver and it activates left and turn signals when you turn left or right and brake lights come on when you hit reverse or brakes. And usually high beams when full throttle
