|  My first rc truck
Hey guys, new to the rc world and I just purchased my first rig. I went with a axial scx10 trail honcho. So far I love it, just ordered the axial long wheel base link upgrade kit and an axial steering link upgrade. Looking to get some info into what else I should upgrade, wheels, tires, motor, battery. Etc.. And who makes the best quality parts. Thanks for the info. Look forward to getting further into this hobby. |

I am new to rc trucks too. I also have a Trail Honcho. The Axial suspension and steering links are great. My truck seems much more solid now. I have a pair of 4000 mah lipos and I am getting 3 hours each. I have fixed my leaky shocks and removed the bump stops. For now, I see no need for any other mods. I may go with bead lock wheels for easier tire and foam swaps. For now, my truck is so much fun.

I may have to try and cut the bump stops off my shocks as well. I'll post more pics when my parts come in. I also ordered a trail finder 2 mojave body. I want to build it after my old Toyota  Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
