Question Janfac 5mm drive shafts don't fit

Would like advice as how to fix problem.
The Janfac 5mm driveshafts fit on my Robinson
tran. output shaft but will only go half way
on the Axial diff. shaft. [old flat blade ones
and new ones with hole--neither work ].
Any body have this problem ?
Thanks for any solutions .

You can try to drill the Robinson shaft, or you can change the pin to grub (like some do with new MIPs on old shaft)

either solution is not ideal and imo you`d have more reliability with stock shaft in the trans

Mine fit very snug on the G6, I had to push them on with a decent amount of force but they did fit.

I would first try a small amount of grease to see if that will allow you to get the drive shaft on the the diff input shaft.

On my SCX10 I found that the input shafts were slightly deformed where the hole went through the shaft.

I ended up using #000 steel wool to to polish the shaft enough to get the drive shaft hub to go on to the input shaft. Don't use course sand paper, polishing doesn't mean grinding away the input shaft.
