Default First Scaler, Oh look another Rubicon

I've wanted a JK for a while now and finally ordered one 2 weeks ago. I took my time on the build and now its done! (For Now), lol...

SCX10 JK Rubicon Kit
RC4WD CMS
Hitec HS-5646WP servo
Hobbywing JustStock sensored brushless esc
Reedy 17.5 sensored motor
RC Lights kit (not installed yet...)

To come: Beadlocks with Pit Bulls, roof rack, light bar, winch

Let me know what else it needs, thanks.

Thanks! I wanted it a little more fluorescent but I think it looks realistic where it's at.

Worked on the JK some more today. Installed a light kit, roof rack, and new RC4WD Gladiators on Axial beadlocks.

Can't stop tinkering! Worked on it some more and now I have bumper mounted Baja lights, DIY scale bungees and tow straps, and a driver!

Can't wait for the scale items I ordered to get here! Hi-lift, Cooler, Jerry can, and tools.

Thanks! I found that cutting and fitting the top before paint really helps. I want to do a light bar up top as well, I love lights! Might get a Vanquish LED bar...

I'm super impressed with how it performed last weekend on its first trail run and then it tackled the crawler course just as well. And that was with the stock Trepadors. I haven't run it yet with the new Gladiators, as soon as I put them on we got 9" of snow... But I'm thinking they will work really well.

I'm really interested in how those gladiators work out for you, I've had my eye one them. Please keep us (or at least me) posted!

The Gladiator tires are the best tires I've tried. I would recommend some lil'nova foams. Best tires for me .. your rig looks great,I'm loving the green

I CAN'T STOP DOING THINGS TO IT! Ahhhhh! I'm making a servo winch and that should be it for a while. I put the scale items on it as well as a mild lift. Played in the snow and took a couple cool pics.

So i modified an old Futaba servo into a servo winch and made a custom mount. I have since decided to order Heyok's servo winch with 2 position 3rd channel controller since my stupid DX3S only has a 2 position 3rd channel. At least my rig will be ready for the new winch when it gets here... Here's some pics.

Had to get my son hooked up! Got him a new RTR Honcho and I will be wrenching on it to make it perfect until he gets home from a trip with his mom on Saturday evening! Well, I'll get done what I can. Waiting on some parts. Already put the stock Trepadors from the JK kit on it. Weighted they should be better than the RipSaws that came on it. They sure are taller! Adjusted the esc with the CastleLink. Got it set up to run 3s, man it rips! Put a set of green rear alum links I had laying around on it. Can't wait for him to come home and see it! Can't wait to get out on the trail with him! Ordered the ProLine F-250 cab body for it, gonna paint it black and green like the JK.

Fresh out the box!

With my JK
