Rob,
You have no idea...

First will be the wheels with RC4WD JK Wheels painted flat black or black chrome, may keep the tires or something "special" to put on.

Second will be the bumpers. RC4WD Rampage is sitting on my bench.

Of course, LED's

Change out the links...

And some king shocks

The list goes on...

No...I knew I shouldn't have said it that way ...I just meant a different tire... Figured you would be the one that would read into that.

I think I will try these tires first...

I started the transition...

First was to change the bumper to RC4WD's Rampage Recovery Front Bumper

All you need to do is remove the 4 screws that hold the frame supports and replace them with M3 x 10 Button Heads (I added washers but they are not needed)

Threw on a shackle and winch to check out the look...need to get another one.

Next was to see what wheel/tire combo I wanted...

RC4WD JK 1.9 Wheels/Baja Claws Tires

RC4WD DC2 1.9 wheels/Baja Claws 4.19" Tires

RC4WD M/T 2.2 Sidebiters/2.2 Mud Country Tires

Surprisingly the 2.2's fit pretty well in the rear wells...

I want the MT wheels for mine. I have them on my 1:1 Jeep and love them!
How do the 2.2's work out on it?

They are pretty tight. Articulation will be limited unless you lift the body some...

I think the DC2's with the stock tires would be awesome looking. I know, even though they are reported to work very well that they are "stock" tires. And many people do not want to run them for that reason. I like the look of the Sidebiters as far as wheels go as well. Tires too big obviously. Maybe with running a longer shock like the Wraith shocks it could work. I use them on one of my SCX's. I needed to limit uptravel so the tires would not get into the body. I wanted to run the body in that spot to work right with the bumpers, etc. By using the Wraith shocks, I kept the same amount of articulation, but due to them being longer. I was able to limit how far up the tires went which kept them off the fenders. I run them with almost no preload so the ride height is unchanged compared to the SCX shocks. The axle can just move down further and up less. You can usually get Wraith shocks from RPP in their salvage section for about $20. Just an idea anyways. Rig looks great!

I like the look of the 2.2's. Waiting to make another order next week.
I see you haven't changed the links yet, any idea on which ones you will use?
