Time to post up some News on this Build:

Today i worked on the New Shockmounts, Link mounts and Batteryholder, for now i just have some GFK Prototypes...

Overall View:

Here you can see the Channeld front and the Rised Shocktowers.... front Tower includes directly a Battery holder ( ot finished yet), if i want to run a Singel Battery
On the Rear Shocktower you can Notice the new upperlink position it`s rised about 15mm and moved back about 5... wich brings alot of problems, but i found a solution to get enough clearance for Motor and Upper links... more on this few Pics later

For the Clearance on the driveshaft on the rear i made this little things :

Trans Offset Mounts:

Here all mounted:

With this Little modification all the Problems with the Rear Links are History...

And i made some new 4 Link adapters, wich work with VP JK G6 links:

Front:

Rear:

And finaly i cut some batteryplates wich can be mounted on the siderail supports:

Alot of infos for today,

Thanks i give my best.... Goal is --> Outside a Scaler, inside a performer

Today i went over for the first Version of the CFK frame.... there will be 3 Chassie made for now to test every thing... if there is a request on them i?m thinking about getting a Bluestar and make them avaible for all.... but first lets Build and drive it....

Here some Picutres of the final Product:

Top view:

Side view:

At Full compression:

Detail on the rear: you can see the "doublers" on the upper links wich should help to clear the Frame and make it more strong.. also the Electronic tray ( final version will have a Carbon plate on it, and the Body mounts are Screwed to the CFK side plates front and rear

Detail on Front: Battery tray for singel Battery setup

Next steps are :

- Crossbraces
- Sway bar on the Rear Axle

because the trucks handle much better at speed with them. plus you don't have to run such a stiff spring on the shock to stiffen up the rear suspension. you utilize the sway bar to handle that.

a rig at high speed with a sway bar is hands down more controllable and steady.

looking awesome manu!
I am dying to build a g6 and now I see this....

your not making this decision easy for me

A really great job! don't stop Manu! the latest updates are simply fantastic!

little curiosity, the Beef Tubes in the rear also compensate the larger width of the front?

Today i get a nice Package form Crawlerinnovations :

Pit Bull Mad Beast with wild duce Foams

Servo took his place on the Rig and Protosteering done :

very tight fit but clears nice

also worked on the Swaybar mount on the rear Axle, parts i used for this are:

- Vanquish AX10 Shockmount Razors

- Costume CFK holder

it needs some small adjustments but i think should work:
