Default Bent driveline components

Hi all. I have been trying to figure out some issues with my honcho for a while and decided to consult the interwebs. Something is bent in my driveline, but I'm not quite sure what to replace.

My suspicion is that it's something in the transmission. My reasoning behind this is because there is a wobble in both output shafts on the tranny. The wobble is bad enough that the truck will hesitate as I crawl at low speeds. At high speeds it turns into a disconcerting vibration.

I may make a video if my explanation is unclear. My question is, what should I replace?

Thanks all.

Crack open that tranny and check it out.

Agreed. Could be the outputs are loose from the main gear. Could be an issue with the main gear itself. Crack it open!

I forgot to mention that I have had it open before. Nothing looks obviously wonky. It's been confusing/frustrating.

I've been dealing with this recently myself. My guess is that my bearings are shot so I ordered a new set for the transmission.

Output shaft pins are straight and not bent?
Output shafts are securely fastened to the main tranny gear?
Bearing surface on the output shaft isn't damaged?
Output shaft supporting bearing in the tranny housing is tight and spins smoothly? No wobble or movement of the race?
Driveline is properly secured to the output shaft and the driveline itself doesnt wobble when secured?
Transmission housing is intact?

My bet is that the drive shafts are not aligned properly.

the DS's universal pins need be in line with each other.

there are ^ marks on the plastic bodies of the shaft to align.
If the marks are ground down or not found...
then align the universal pins so that they align with each other.

It is called phasing.

Could very well be an issue. Page 15 of the instructions for the Dingo show this

Aligning the marks on the drive shafts definitely took the crazy axle hop out of the driveline. It's so much better. The tranny still probably needs some love, but now at least I don't feel like the truck is going to vibrate its self to death. Thanks!!

Off hand, does anybody know the front upper and lower link lengths for a honcho (using axial's metal links?) Right now I have 91mm lowers and uppers made of a 25mm length combined with the 60mm length. Doesn't seem right.
