Any of those sensored? If not...then none of them will crawl very well without cogging imho....i am running the castle 3800kv system in my 1.9 wraith and it doesnt crawl well at all...but as a higher speed basher its ok...i will be pulling that castle system out and putting a sensored brushless system in.

Should it be better if I just go with a brushed setup then?

depends on how much money you want to spend...brushed or sensored brushless.. with brushed you have maintenance you have to do...here is holmes hobbies guide for brushed motors.. Brushed Motor Selection and Gearing Guide by Vehicle | The Search for Power http://www.holmeshobbies.com/blog/?page_id=373 brushless has less maintenance, but not as water friendly..and it is a bit more expensive |
