Why would my AE-2 ESC Not work with my castle link, I plug it in and plug the battery in and all the lights on the link keep blinking.

Make sure that you're plugging it into the 3 prong port correctly. Also, if you're running a BEC, you'll need to install the red power wire going to the ESC for the Castle Link to work.

If you've got a new programming card it might need a software update. Had some trouble getting it to connect to both MMP and SV3 until I hooked it up against my computer and ran an update.

I will try it on the computer with the link instead of the programmer card.
