Default Custom Suspension links

Hey guys. so i bought the axial aluminum links upgrade for my honcho. I love it so far but i wanted to adjust the length of the upper control arms so that they can be longer so that my driveline angles are better since it has a small lift.

My question is,
where can i buy links that i can cut down to my specific length and that fir the axial ends and screws

You can put spacers at the ends of the links. You could also get some all thread and make your own.

i was thinking of just putting in spacers like you said, but i would need some longer scew things that hold the rod end to the link. Do you know what size that is?

Both of these show aluminum tubing over the all-thread. I use, and suggest you do too, stainless steel tubing. The Aluminum is much more likely to bend and is probably less slippery when it comes to getting over obstacles.

DISCLAIMER: I have never ran aluminum tubing on my DIY links so I speak from what I have read on this subject, not experience.)

This thread is a great referance too: How To: Make your own links

Your local auto store may have it, too. Car manufacturers are starting to switch over to it for their fuel and brake systems to avoid rusting lines, so its now becoming more readily available.

My local Orchard Supply Hardware stores used to carry K&S Metal so that is where I would get it. They recently stopped restocking their K&S so now I will be getting it at a local Grainger. Lots of auto part stores in my area so stainless brake line is another option.
