Default Front and rear axles turning at different rates?

I took my scx10 out to the state park this last weekend and noticed after a while that my front axle was turning slightly jittery, while the rear was turning nice and smooth. I thought maybe my driveshaft was overextended, but even when I push my front end up, it still jitters a little bit. I don't know if this is normal, as I haven't ever noticed it before.

Are the joints in the front drive shaft in phase with each other?

I think so. I took it out, and ran it like that and had no problems with it crawling over anything. It's just odd. I should take the axle apart and check the diff, but I think it is the shafts being at too much of an angle, really. I want to get MIPs for it.

Most likely bevel gears in front axle. I had it, common problem.

Yeah sounds like a gear issue to me...

I had the same problem. It was my drive shaft. I installed some MIP's and problem solved.
