Now I have a dilemma!

Should I chop the fenders or not?

Real common problem. You need a parallel panhard bar, like my old Jeep had.

I thought about it but I don't like how when the axle moves up and down the panhard bar makes the axles move left and right

I never noticed the axle movement when driving my trucks, only on the bench.
A flat panhard bar (parallel to the ground)will minimize- eliminate the side to side axle movement, but that will limit how much wheel travel you can use.
That's why I went back to servo on axle myself.
