SCX10 JK Lipo question

I have a Tekin RS Gen 2 with a Tekin ROC 3100kv motor. I was going to run 2s lipo, but I'm thinking about running 3s lipo instead.
I'm wondering, approximately how much run time would I get from a 2800 mah 3s lipo with this esc and motor setup? I know that a lot has to due with gearing, weight of my rig, and what kind of driving I will be doing.
I don't own any 3s lipos, but I have a bunch of 2s lipos. I would have to purchase 1 or 2 3s lipos, that's why I'm asking.
If anyone could shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it!!

From my understanding, a 2800mah 3s will have about the same run time as a 2800mah 2s. The main difference you'll notice is more torque and speed with the 3s. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I thought it was about the watts, so if you have a 2s (7,4*2, gives 20,72 watts, and 3s (11,1*2, gives 31,08 watts, so if you don't drive full throttle all the time, but drive the same as you would on 2s, your motor will use the same power (and so the same watts) so you will have longer runtime, because you keep using the same electric power, but your battery can store more electric power, that's how I did understand it. And if you just drive full throttle or something all the time, you will have the same runtime but more wheelspeed and torque.

I usually run a 2200mah 3s on my scx10, I use a MMP with a Tekin 13.5 Redline motor on stock gearing. I have gotten over an hour run time with this set up. That is usually a mix of slow crawling and trail running with some full throttle bashing thrown in for good measure.
