What size SLW hub for JK?
 

I've been really considering getting a set of VP OMF or Method wheels for my SCX10 JK. I'm not sure what size SLW hub I would need to clear the VP 8 degree knuckles.

What is the minimum or recommended size SLW hub that will allow the tires to clear my 8 degree knuckles?

Do you know how these are measured? I know that they are in 1/8" increments, but how does VP come up with that measurement? Is .475 measured from the outside face of the wheel hex, out towards the end of the axle?
I wish VP would explain this a little better on their website.

This is the best answer I could come up with using search, but is this true? 475 is the minimum sized slw hub needed to clear the 8 degree knuckles??

is there a list some where that tells the off set length of hubs per part numbers?

Those are all the slw hub lengths/sizes.


Yes,if you have a JK and vp 8 degree knuckles/chubs..minimum slw hub is a 475

.475 clear fine. I like the .600 hubs personally. Gives it a pretty aggressive looking stance.
