Default Front Driveshaft Comes Off

Hi Guys, I'm running the stock drive shafts on my jeep and just can't seem to keep the front shaft from loosening and falling off.

Any tips? I'm willing to upgrade if someone can point me to a good alternative.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Need some thread lock. A little on the thread of the pin will secure it.

^ what they said...

but I'll add...

blue Loctite any screws turning into metal threads.

but don't ignore the screws turning into plastic thread either.
components under operational stresses can also work themselves loose.

minimal use of CA glue for the plastic threads helps keep the screws secure.
or... do a simple maintenance program and check them for looseness.

Good point. Remove self tappers. Add proper screws...Stainless if possible.

Correct the blue lock tight is the way to go, don't use red by any means its turns into a bad day and $$. metal drive shafts do help like taco said but they seem to like to bind up if not taking care of

Make sure the set screw isn't rounded off, or you might not be getting full torque on it when tightening. If it's rounded off and you're able to get it out, put a new one in. If not, then good luck

Also check the flathead screw that holds on the WB8 CV to the plastic male/female slip joint.
