your chassis braces may be wore out/striped. make sure they are tight, if not replace them or upgrade to aluminum braces so you can really tighten the screws. it should not move. they are twice as rigid as the stock frames.

Got this for my SCX10 2 wondered how panhard rod fitted with CMS, any close up would be greatfull. Not started the build yet just collecting all the info I need. Thanks.
