Default Torquemaster Expert 35T 3S Gearing

Hey guys. I'm trying to get my rig done to take on my family vacation VERY soon. I don't have a ton of time to play with gearing before I leave. What would be a good starting point for gearing in my G6 with the Torquemaster Expert 35T on 3S? I have the stock 87T spur.

My rig is a bit heavy, with the added wraith interior, steel beadlocks, metal bumpers, metal rock rails, and MIP driveshafts.

Need something more for all-around rather than a crawl master. Where should I start? 14T on the pinion? Thanks!

I'd say start with a 16t pinion and you could always move down to a 15t if that doesn't work out. Most of my rigs use 16t pinions besides my short course and erevo lol. As long as your temps aren't to hot and the torque is where you want it, you should be fine with a higher pinion like a 16t.

Starting out I would use a 14t pinion. If temps are good and you want a little more speed you can go bigger pinion after that.

4.6" Treps ?

I'd start with the suggested 16t - 14t
possibly going lower with those ^ tires

what speeds are you wanting to roll with ?
crawling or bashing ?

check your motor temps for excessive heat...
if it doesn't run hot... yer golden.

Running the stock Trepadors that come in the kit, yes.

I will start around 15T on the pinion and pack my temp gun with me. Thanks guys!
