Default which brushed Holmes motor for jumping and crawl?

I would like for my SCX-10 to have lots of speed to go fast, as well as to be able to crawl great. I want my truck to be able to jump after pressing the throttle on my transmitter. Which Holmes Hobbies brushed motor should I get? I don't want to go brushless at this point in time.

13t Crawlmaster would be my all time favorite brushed for crawling plus speed.

What gearing would you recommend pairing that motor with for all around performance, on say 3s?
Closer to a 5:1 or 4:1 spur/pinion? What about for 1.9 vs 2.2?

A 4 to 5lb rig you could run 4:1 if you keep an eye on temps. everything else 5:1
