Default My first scale crawler

Well I've been doing the comp thing for awhile decided to try the scale side an this is what I bought what do u guys think

Yea. My first was the g6. And now awesome upgrades later . . .and it doesn't look like it now. But oh well.

mmmm those wheels... nice. thats a lot of red too, but i think it looks cool!

IMO If you leave the top on the red cage looks good, if you take the top off I would paint the cage black to give it some contrast.

yep i agree, i don't know why though, maybe because with the roof on it looks more like a race roll cage.

looks clean, love the wheels.

at first glance it looks like a new bright body with the top on it... took me a second to realize it was a g6

Yea I'm going to paint the cage back to black a little to much red I agree I'm slowly putting my own touches to it maybe a soft top

I haven't seen that color combo yet, so stick with it, its original
Keep the bars red cause most 1:1 Jeeps come with the bars that match the body color, although they are covered in protective wrap which is always a black cloth material. I'd say paint the fender flares black. Can you get a spare tire cover just like the roof? Let someone airbrush a design on it, that's what I see everyone doing here. If you've ever been to Daytona Beach you know there's an airbrush artist on every street corner, good luck with it.

I would say head to a hobby lobby or something and pic up some cylinder foam, drill out the center and use thin strips of velcro to fasten it around the bars.
