Scx-10 vanquish stage 1, mip, axial metal trans gears, g made 103 mm shocks, pitbull rock beasts, gearhead rims(I forgot the model name of the rims) vanquish links, hi tech hs-7950, vanquish trans case, rc4wd sliders, rx8 esc with ROC 412 3100KV. http://flic.kr/p/p2Z3up

If ya haven't may need to add 32p gears, HD uni's,& possibly stronger outputs in trans with that setup...which all depends on driving style but in a comp/event I would go that far since ya came this far

Sounds very similar to my setup (ROC 412 3100 kV with Viper VTX8 ESC on 3s, RRP tranny gears and slipper, 1.9 Rock Beasts, etc etc etc). I burned through pinions very quickly on 48p. Haven't burned through one yet on 32p. Stock lockers and rings/pinions also didn't last long, so I replaced those with HD versions. It took a while to get to my current setup, but I love it now.
