Default Resistor question

Hi all,

I need to know if I am building a 5 parallel LED array, which according to the Linear LED site, I need 5 150 ohm resistors for a total of 950 ohms using the 7.4 from my battery. Could I instead use 1 1k ohm in the wiring before the parallel branches?

Thanks,
Scott

Look under the electronics section. There is an in depth discussion on lighting. But the best way is one 150 ohm resistor for each led.
