| High steer knuckles with the Servo on the axle
Starting to think that high steer knuckles are for chassis mounted servo only. I had to put on a long servo horn extend past the top link to have room for the servo to knuckle link. Lost a lot of ground clearance.. Any ideas or pictures? On how you guys did this. Thanks |

| Re: High steer knuckles with the Servo on the axle Just swap them to the underside of the knuckle mount, still offers plenty of clearance and solves your problem. This is how I run all of my rigs, even though they are all CMS.

^ not my rig... and I don't use them. so I'd recommend PM the user in the quote above. A quick google search nets: these another ^ tho' I didn't look at the applications I thought I remember something similar listed at Asia Tees, RC4WD or maybe it was Locked Up RC ? HPI, Traxxas produce similar. But since I have little interest... I didn't pay much attention to it. Last edited by TacoCrawler; 09-26-2014 at 03:00 PM. |

I fail to see how trimming those boat box bellows will fit and seal on a cv axle ? got any pictures showing your success ? instead... I'd gravitate more towards an actual CV axle dust boot. google or ebay Dynamite DYN7687 CVD/CV axle shaft dust boots. |

No imagination, plus the ones I linked are just one design. There are a few different ones out there.
