No, You will get bump steer. With CMS a 3 link with panhard allows correct movement of the axle to eliminate bumpsteer. You can run a CMS and 4link and get little to no bump steer. Just have to make sure your suspension geometry and link lengths are setup correctly. The CMS/4-link does take some testing and tuning.
