| Gmade shocks?
I am looking at a pair of gmade TS01 shocks. any feed back on them? wondering on quality or whether to just go with the proline power strokes instead.

Power Stokes are nice, their Pro Specs are much better though and certainly worth a look if you don't mind spending a little more. The G-Made have mixed reviews, they look good though. I'm looking at a set myself, but some have had missing parts/incomplete kits while others got a great set of shocks. So I haven't picked up a set just yet. That being said, I put Associated shocks on my SCX10 and Wraith and like the performance and tuning options available. |

I got a set of G made 93mm piggy backs, they work wonderfully. Draw backs the piggy back gets in the way of my panhard bar, turn them around they interfere with the front battery mount, both of these can be worked around with some miner mods. Biggest issue, LEAKING!!, I've tried green slim, shimming (this did make an improvement), my last attempt will be a suggestion of blue traxxas O rings. If this fails I'll be buying pro lines power strokes. I run pl on my sct as well as pro specs with great results. Pricy yes, but not having to add oil and cleanup the mess constantly is worth a few bucks. |

Thank you for the info guys. I'm not worried about spending alittle more on something I won't have problems with. The whole reason I wanted to do the upgrade was because the axial stock ones are leaky and perform badly.

| Re: Gmade shocks? Really?? "yikes"?? From that one thread regarding the springs?? If that frightens you, do not look into the King shocks from RC4WD's. DO NOT click this link. King Shock Tuning? Or this one. Gmade piggies... What piston to run? |

I'm not interested in something with alot of mixed reviews. I've heard nothing but good stuff about prolines stuff and I plan on going that route. If I'm going to dish out the money, It won't be on something that doesnt work for me |
