Default [Video] Joe's SCX10 Kit Build Completed

Hi Guys, I'd like to share you guys here on my SCX10 build. I added body panel lines during painting and setup the tires to running without foam with sealed vent holes.

I may not know much about this rock crawlering thing, but I am am pretty darn sure a good foam setup (Lil' Nova Foams) will help you climb and sidehill much better than a sealed up foamless wheel\tire setup.

Nice job on the body paint! I like the panel lines, I have been doing that for years on drift cars.

thanks for watching, the foamless setup is a theory to me but i have been reading it is very common in rock crawling (a new thing to me too), there are some expensive kit on the market for this setup already. what i am doing here is a poor man's setup of this Gmade 2.2inch GT Air system, 2.2 GT Air system beadlock wheels (2) : Gmade Dealer Webstore

I am not new to crawling, I have been doing it competitively for several years. I was being a little sarcastic.

That G-Made setup is cool in theory, but leaks air like a sieve. Also the tire we run are not designed to be air filled. Neither the side walls or the treads have the proper reinforcement to hold well on side hills or not just work like giant balloons.

thats good to know, i do have a back out plan and put the foams back if needed. acetone is what i have been using for many years it works flawlessly everything.
