Better foams for stock tires?

I've got a deadbolt with stock tires on axial headlocks. The tires themselves seem pretty good except they fold over the rim more then I would think is desired.

So anyone still running stock tires with better foams? Is it even worth it?

If you like how those tires work, then yes, look at Crawler Innovations. I'd buy a set of Prolines or Pitbulls instead, with a set of Crawler Innovations Lil'Nova foams off course...

Crawler Innovations does a Trepador specific foam. I bought some recently and have been pretty happy with them. They are firm but can be trimmed to suit your needs.

I couldn't find trepador 1.9 specific foams on there website. Are these the ones you got?

Lil' Nova 1.9 Dual Stage 4.50T Foam Pair
Lil' Nova 1.9 Dual Stage 4.50T Foam Pair (2)

My rig is right at 6lbs with the battery in, so they seam like the proper setup.

From the web site:
4.25" = 5 pounds or less, used more technical rock crawling
4.50" = 6 pounds or more, holds the weight better, used more for RECON G6, & general bashing (this is the most popular size)
4.75" = 8 pounds and heavier, for very heavy scale rigs, & hard bashing
