Thank you...

The OD of the Junfac shafts is about the size of the MIP male spline shaft..

And the junfac dont look like a big knot....

Nice photos, I have done a little camping around Garberville, Benbow and the other camp grounds just South of Benbow. Beautiful country.

The redwoods up that way are Awesome.....

Small update:

picked up a small package at the LHS today....

8deg. knuckles and C's.... oh and the VP bushings, that im not to impressed with....

I don't use the lockouts, I like the plastic ones......
anyone want to buy VP lockouts?

seems as if they just copied the crappy steel knuckle bushings..........

If you want awesome bushings for your knuckles, do your self a favor and order
the No Slop bushings from Erik Dlux

So now that I put on the 8deg. stuff, I now needed a longer tierod...
I was going to buy the one made for this setup but
I made one instead.......

now that, thats done the drag link needed to be longer...

my understanding is the drag link and the panhard bar need to be the same length.....
not anymore with this setup
doesn't seem thought out too well....... I now have bump steer....

OK....
Figured out the bump steer...
I could not put the steering link I made on top of the Knuckles..
that changed the drag link angle and caused the bump steer...
I broke down and bought the VP scx/ currier tie rod and installed it on the bottom of the knuckle mounting hole, then the drag link on the top..
also changed the servo to a losi one and that also helped the drag link angle....

all's good now.......

thanx for lookin........

Yup, you're just a poser with that sticker and no SMW gear on it!

So have you surrendered to accepting the scale bug?

Yeah I saw the diff. cases on a thread here, they look nice. Making progress on the Deadbeat, doing upgrades that I have had problems with before on trail. Still a few more sterring items left to do, lights, and maybe those SSD Diff. cases if they look as good as the photos. I put Pit Bulls on also and I have never been to fond of their foams, I want to try a set of CI foams. Sorry for the thread jack, back to our regular programming
