Got my Mighty FC........ 1 Attachment(s) The mail man dropped off the new Jeep Mighty FC body from RPP Hobby today but I'm torn as to what color to paint it. A large part of me wants to paint it like the one the body was modeled after but as though everyone is going to do the same. I want it to be unique......any help?Attachment 322506 |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Matte black or French Racing Blue. |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Purple or teal like the early 90s Jeep Cherokee, or something fun like Plum Crazy. |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Olive drab |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? I like the idea of Matte black and the olive drab like Jeeps Commando Green. I've never seen an olive drab Polycarbonate paint though. I also like the factory color idea. Decisions decisions........ |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Any of the bright mopar colors....I like bright. |

Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? 4 Attachment(s) Well I got it all cut in between figuring out the color. The plastic is very thin around the fender flares but it does look good. The unfortunate and fortunate part is it does not fit my12.3" JK Unlimited chassis. Which means I can justify to my wife why I need to add another rig to my collection. Attachment 322508Attachment 322509Attachment 322510Attachment 322511 |

Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? That Jeep poster is cool. Now if someone made that Utility Wagon that would be the one I want."thumbsup" Oh yeah, red and white for your FC |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Well Tower Hobbies just got my money for a new Deadbolt SCX10 and some RC4WD 100mm King shocks. "thumbsup" More to come......... |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? ugh i need one of these bodys in my life already |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? I was really hoping that body would fit the 12.3" wheelbase. I like my honcho body but really like this one also I was hoping I could have both. As for the color I think it might look good in one of these colors. http://gearheads.org/wp-content/uplo...p-Wrangler.jpg http://jeepcar.biz/wp-content/upload...n-colors-8.jpg |

Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? 3 Attachment(s) So I went out and crawled a little today..........Attachment 322547 pondered my color choices and I think I've come up with what I want to do. If the paint holds up to a stress test since it isn't your common Polycarbonate paint I'm going with a Matte Beige. I had already purchased the bumper like the 1:1 and wheels/tires.Attachment 322548Attachment 322549 What do you think? Military theme as I'm currently active duty Air Force. |
Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? 1 Attachment(s) This is what I think of when I look at the FC body. Military LMTV, we had these in Afghanistan.Attachment 322552 |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? Will you be painting the outside of the shell to keep the paint finish matt? If that paint doesn't hold out I'm sure tamiya do a military paint range Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Got my Mighty FC body.....What color? I painted my GMade body using Krylon Fusion Satin River Rock. I think it came out awesome for that Army desert color. http://i.imgur.com/eGfqYgMl.jpg |
