Default body fitting ?

Ordered a honcho a few weeks ago and now I've decided to order a falken jeep body for it. I was wondering what modifications need to be made to make it fit?

In theory they are both scx10 bodies so there should be no modifications needed to make it fit the body posts. However there may be some trimming needed to clear the tires and side rails. Hope this helps

Your honcho has a 12.3 inch wheel base while the falken G6 body is for a 12 inch wheel base.

You will need to change the links out to get the 12 inch wheel base.
You can find the lengths you need from the 12 inch wheel base kit.

thanks for the help guys. So without the link kit will it not work at all, or just not be very functional?

The wheel openings in the body won't be aligned with the axles/tires.
You could probably make it work by trimming the body to make it fit.

You are going to have make the call of cutting up the body you just paid $$$$$ for or make/buy links that will give the proper wheel base for the body.
