| Which steel spur gear for RC4wd 2 speed transmission?
Hi, getting pretty excited as my new rig is almost ready. I just got the RC4wd AX2 2 speed. My rig is running all steel drivetrain gear, on 3s. The AX2 came with a plastic spur gear which will need to be replaced. Should I just stick with the stock 60T 32P spur gear size of the AX2, or is there a better option? I guess the AX2 one is probably the perfect ratio for the 2 speed, what do you think? Also is it OK to go hotracing? They seem to be the only ones that make one in that size? Finally, what pinion gear spec would work best with the 60t 32p Spur? Cheers heaps for your help!! Last edited by e32lover; 09-05-2015 at 10:16 AM. |
