Off to a nice start.Love them wheels.Looks like your having fun with it.People are looking they are just too lazy to post.Plus you don't have any Vanquish parts.Spend a thousand dollars on upgrades and all the sudden people are kissing your ass.
Sorry-just the way it is.Enjoy!!!

Nice wheels. My Falken G6 is on its way. How do those rear shocks do at higher that crawling speeds? Plans for my G6 is kinda dual purpose. Looks great keep the pics and mods coming.

Haha heard that, VP is nice. But for this my budget is small. We turned this truck into a wraith purchase then a tow rig with a matching gooseneck hauler hard body scx super duty

I have the matching proline for the rear but these work great at low speed. For hard surfaces it bottoms out pretty hard at "speed" probably going to buy a roller for that type of driving. But the falken was a great purchase compared to some other trucks I've lined up against on the weekends haha those shocks just drop and flex on every surface and vertical climb.

Best suggestion. 3s, foams and links. Truck competes with full VP trucks all day haha

And in reference to the ass kissing. Maybe my new thread title should be VP G6 BUILD BECAUSE THAT AUTOMATICALLY EQUALS KNOWLEDGE AND DRIVER SKILL

So instead of a VP product showcase me and my buddy have 4 Running SCX trucks Hahahahahaha

Nice build so far and love those SSD wheels, they are one of the best quality, and best looking scale wheel makers!

X2, good parts but not always the best and parts alone does not get you to the end of the trail.

McMaster-Carr is what I use, order 50wty or 100qty of every fastener needed, add in some longer and shorter of every screw head type, locknuts, flatnuts, flat washers, etc, store them in Plano tackle box trays with lids. Easy access to all the hardware I need, good prices, quick shipping, and minimizes down time running to LHS for a couple screws.

Dude amazing resource for hardware !!!!! but im still sticking with the pre packaged kits. a few years ago duratrash was selling screw kits on tower for like 10 bucks a piece so im covered in the oh **** screw dept lol. i was just looking to do a full stainless conversion while i was wasting time switching chassis lol
