Ive had this body and rear cage for a few years.. Just sitting on the "to build" shelf...awaiting its turn.  Specs.. HPI desert truck body..dt-1 Axial scx chassis Vanquish F9 axles Vanquish vvds Vanquish histeer knuckles/chubs Axial HD gears..36/38 Holmes steel lockers Vanquish alum transmission housing Axial steel trans gears Holmes steel outputs Custom steel links and rear trailing arm CBE RC fab upper link risers..steel Shocks.. 100mm front..110mm in rear Limit straps F/R 40wt oil Electrics.. Thanks fella's! The 1.9 OMF's will be color matched with the ironman stewart theme.. Silver/raw back face..red inner ring..orange outer ring.. Should look SaAwEEt when its all done. May even get a new body painted,this one has a few chips of paint missing here and there. |

Update!! Proline BFG Baja Ta's in the Hizzy!!   Stuffed with Crawler Innovations Dw Madbeast foams..fills up nice with a little wiggle room for carcass flex. Mounted on Vp omf's..  Yes,it can be done.

Sadly.. Ive got to much going on at the moment and will probably end up selling this build. F9s are already sold off on it. Too many builds,not enough time..  |
