Default Slow Winter Build SCX10

Looking to start my SCX10 build piece by piece. I've had a few scx10 and love them I love the scaler feel and look. I will be building the front bumper and rock sliders and looking to build the rear cage for it.
This will be a slow process one because My wife and I just had our first baby. IT'S A GIRL! Second it'll be my first build from the ground up. And will be buying parts slowly.

I can't look at the classified ads quite yet so I'm looking to buy a SCX10 frame, cross bracing, skid plate/tranny mount, shock hoop mounts, and hardware for assembly.

Please if anyone has an thing for sale used or new let me know please and thank you. Ill post pics as to what I'm leaning towards building from 1:1 builds

thanks everyone and enjoy. comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks y'all. @sdhsbaseball we have one rc store here in our town. So limited things and kinda pricey. I got my last RTR honcho Scx10 from them.

What screw set do I need for assembling the Scx10 frame?

Axial parts probably your best option

AX30708 Locked Transmission
AX30395 Heavy Duty Bevel Gear Set - 38T/13T
AX30401 Heavy Duty Bevel Gear Set - 36T/14T Overdrive
AX30402 Heavy Duty Bevel Gear Set - 43T/13T Underdrive

boom racing also makes hd bevel gear sets, i think hot racing makes a transmission gear set

The SSD D60s are awesome but be aware that if you simply drop them in with no changes your scx will run in reverse (diffs install the opposite way). Read up on the D60 official thread for various ways to resolve this.
