Ive narrowed to 2 chassis. Gspeed and Custom Crawl Rc. Could i get others input on these 2 or what may make one better?

treadway, gspeed is the more conventional design and more frame components will directly swap over. The brazin chassis is a more radical design and I doubt that many original components, like the front and rear braces, will swap over. The brazin chassis will really test your builder's skills, but we don't do this hobby because its easy, right? We do it because its a challenge

kookie, can't wait to see it finished, and I know what you mean about the $$$$$ Looks like you're running the JK body, I see the VP rails, nice. It will be a challenge to mount the body. I see most people use the stock shock hoops and cut the tops off, then screw them to the built-in shock hoops on the lcg frames, good luck with it.

It was a bit of a challenge but got it all figured out. Had to mod the JR battery plate and the CMS

Was able to use the rear body mounts by cutting down the stock hoops but had no room up front. Solution: Run a screw through the rockers and into the body
It works

Mr Dave. On the Brazin chassis, there is not a single factory brace that will not fit back into the Brazin rails.
To the original poster, there are a few slight differences in the two chassis you have narrowed down to, the g speed I have seen people mod to accept toyzuki forward motor mount and to me that is huge. That's why we added locations to our chassis to accept it. The custom crawl has an angled skid which j have seen be a slight advantage in some situations.

It is awesome! I'd go with a Brazin but that's just my opinion
