Picked up these links from R2J here on the forums..

He makes some very nice links, but makes them to what you say. If you don't know what you are asking for (like me) you get to have more links made.

I was building the Toyzuki parts on the side, trying to keep the deadbolt going until the last break, then I decided to just jump into it.

Transfer case...

Chassis together.. (this was while still driving the Deadbolt..

And here we are, decided to tear down the deadbolt and put on everything I can..

This shows some of the link issues I was having. Like I said, great links but I should have known what to ask for. (he did end up sending me some shorter uppers later to fix this for free)

This is with the 3 link kit links that were on the Deadbolt, the upper is much too long and was not working well with the panhard link that Toyzuki supplies.

Measuring for new bolts for the fwd motor plate as I am trying to do everything stainless..

Decided that while I am moving body mounts and stuff it would be a good time to become a Bronco.

Back at it, still figuring out the 3rd driveshaft that goes in between the spur gear and the transfer case...

Factory spacer will work, just need to shave it down..

Like this..

And this...(cut a driveline too short, fixed it later)...

White is on..

Playing with the detail sharpie over the masking..

Painted the flares black on the inside...Hate it..

Carved around them on the outside, used the protective film as mask and painted them orange..

Gooder...

Wedge cut from the side of the body...its .5" higher in back....

Ended up lower by like a half inch to make the body mounts work, so off go the flares...

Workin on his face..

Tried out the SCX10II tires..

Playing with the links some more, wanna get it going..

New upper rears from R2J..

You would think I could come up with stuff to finish the fronts...

Put a brace between the shocks up high as the links hit any lower brace I put in there...

Tried to do the same in front, but running the upper hole like this made the truck too low, ended up going to the lower shock mount hole and then the brace wont go over the Zuki mount..

This shows what I came up with for battery mount..

Its a roller!..

And its back apart...

Cut up some shock towers to try to mount the body better..

Made up some temporary links fro the front as I have a camping trip coming up and wanna play...(Also shows the SSD pan hard mount on the axle. I think it fits better.)

Had to use some funky rc4wd rod ends on the upper front link to get the length right..

Picked up some new sliders..

Body now sits up on the sliders..

Another 3/8" will do it..

Yup..

Bench flex..

I'll measure the WB when I get a chance, workin today..

So now I had to get the electronics back in, I had issues with the servo tape not holding to the 3D printed side gimmicks so this time I used the old servo plate to stick the ESC to..

Ran the servo wire around the battery tray, and figured out how to cover the top of my open transfer case with my BEC..

So there we go..

And its outside!

Poser...

And out at a camping trip...there was like 3 rocks there.

Wheelspin?

Not sure if you ever sorted out the cms or not. I was able to make it work but I had to use a spacer on the toyzuki mount and had to do a little hammering on the pan hard link.

This is what it ended up looking like. Still needs a little tweaking...

Lookin' good! Really came together nicely for ya.

My ToyZuki project (TZ-2500) has been sitting dormant since February.
Just recently slipped the front axle under it to start measuring up for links, but still haven't gotten very far.

So my Panhard link hits the top of the axle at the same time that the axle contacts the shaved motor plate. Probably should move the front axle forward and tweak the panhard like you did, but I may play with shocks first. So far I am liking it quite a bit.

Another video..Hillclimbs are very tough at my place, loose dirt, and very steep.

Go-pro is on my list so I can do better with videos..

Thought this was a cool pic..

Was noticing the truck would lean side to side a bit, found the battery is moving on the plate..

Dirty truck..

Noticed some rubbing on the track bar mount...

Looking at the tcase gears..

After some air to clean it up..

Battery sliding fix..

Does anyone know if its possible to bolt in some scx10II axles? or do I need to redo everything to do that?
