4WS SCX10 - Advice needed

Hi guy's,

So I am preparing for a new build, general spec as follows:
- custom chassis
- scx10 axles with high clearance knuckles and universal's
- 4WS (front only, 4WS, crab steer, rear steer if also possible )
- 2.2 Tires

Build is on a budget, so will be building as much as possible myself and making price/benefit choices.

For servos I'm thinking of going with 2x PowerHD WP-23:
Waterproof
4.8-6.6V Super Torque Digital Servo
0.12sec / 319oz-in/ 23kg-cm

Now to get this up and running I need 1 (or 2) BEC's and a way to control the 4WS

My doubts are what BEC's should I get and Tx/Rx to control the truck?

I'm considering either a Hacked Flysky GT3C or a cheap Tx/Rx + HeyOk 4WS & BEC

What do you guys think?
Any other budget friendly alternatives I overlooked ?

My Spectrum DX4S supports selectable 4WS configurations. I paid $200 for it on eBay, brand new. It came with 2 SR4210 AVC compatible receivers and a standard SR410.

Thanks for the suggestion, appreciate your input.
This said I am aware the DS4S is a different quality of Tx, but at 125 USD hacked the GT3C is at least 75 bucks cheaper and will do all I need it to do. Savings pays for the BEC'S , wiring and I'm still left with change...
