Really like the improvements. Should help with steering angle quite a bit. And I don't see our old axles going away any time soon

For me personally they are but I only had two rigs to convert over.

It would be cool to have the option for knuckle weights like what you have for the scx10ii. I was disappointed when I saw you only made them for the scx10ii and not the scx10 knuckles.

Will this give better steering angle than stock? If so I am in!

Yes, they give much better steering performance due the the zero ackerman and 8 degree KPI.
Plus you are getting aluminum C hubs and knuckles with Titanium steering links.

Yes of course. You can even see them in the photos...

Cool piece of kit! Ackerman angle is the single biggest issue on the steering. I have been adding a slight bit of toe-out on my SCX10 to get the ackerman angle close to zero.

I wish I would have seen this kit earlier, as I just bought C-Hubs and and knuckles for my latest project. Keep up the great work, SSD you are making many great products and your customer support is top-notch!

I really need to order this up.. assuming it should work with your 1.9 steel wheels?

Yes they clear all of our 1.9 wheels. Actually they should clear all zero offset 1.9 wheels even wheels with a rear ring (RC4WD). So no need for offset hubs with this kit.

Any chance of exchanging standard ssd high steer knuckles for these? Looks amazing as usual, will get around to them when I can.

It's a great kit! Tons of extra steering angle. The only problem is the tons of steering angle, hahaha. Seriously though, make sure your cvd's can handle it. The Axial universals can't, they will break if you don't adjust the endpoints. The Lockedup RC cvd's don't fit on them without modification.

SSD, please get your HD CVD's back in stock!!!

Will these work with the Axial AX30464 shafts?

Re: New SSD Pro Steering Conversion Kit (8 degree, 0 ackerman)

Short answer, Yes but pay attention to what mhowzit mentioned above.

The improvement in turning radius with this kit + universals is excellent. The install is easy & straight forward even tho no instructions are included.

Re: New SSD Pro Steering Conversion Kit (8 degree, 0 ackerman)

Which CVDs work with this kit?

Apparently not all CVDs are made the same and I'm getting some fitting issues with the one I got from Asia Tees. It was suggested that I try the Vanquish VVD Vi-HD but are they're currently out of stock.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
