Looking good, can't go wrong with a OG Trail Honcho. |

| Re: Let's build a Honcho Thanks. It's nothing special or anything someone hasn't done before, but I got it used for a decent price that I couldn't pass up. I had wanted a Honcho for a while andvwas debating between it and the Ascender. I chose the Ascender and by the time I was ready for another rig the Honcho had been discontinued. During its time it was the most capable out of the box crawler. |

I've been doing RC since I was 12 years old (over 30 years) and the Trail Honcho was the very first RTR RC I ever bought. Had a lot of fun with that rig. Here is a older pic from around 2013 in Colorado Springs. Mine was the flat black one, my wife followed with the silver truck. |

Agreed. The plan is to eventually put 10.2 axles on it but that's well down the road. I'm in the process of building my girlfriend a Deadbolt with 10.2 axles using SSD's conversion kit. It just needs paint and electronics and it'll be up and running. The OG axle housing is so damn big for 1.9's IMO. We just got socked with another 6-8" of snow over the last couple days here in Minnesota so I've got a little time before trails open up luckily/sadly. Still gotta finish off the new work bench before I can finish up other projects. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

Time for a facelift on this thing. Picked the cage up off a guy on the Book of Faces and it finally showed up today. I've had the cab for a while now but as this is the least driven truck of the fleet, it gets bumped down the list as times. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

Got a few plans for this rig coming up in the near future. A shelf queen she will no longer be... Stay tuned... Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |
