This truck started Christmas 2015 when I got an Axial Dingo kit for Christmas. Over the last almost 2 years it has evolved hugely, which I'm not going to put here because that would take way too long and probably wouldn't be too interesting. I'm not even going to list all the mods done, because it's quite the extensive list. SO: if you're interested in anything on the truck, feel FREE to ask, I'll do my best to answer in a timely manner! Also, if you're interested in where the rig has come from, see my Instagram @mjotrainbrain there's lots of good stuff on there about this rig (and other things of course). For the sake of this thread I'm starting with this week. Let's kick it off of pics from wheeling on Memorial Day! The other rig is my buddy's Honcho-turned-monster MJ, which was quite the beast until recently when most of the remaining stock parts started to wear out. Hopefully it's back to its former glory soon! One of the upgrades which I've been meaning to do since day 1 (but never got around to until now) is putting some nice shocks on the truck. The stock plastic ones frankly sucked. The worked, but not well. I finally sprung (haha, pun?) on a set of 100mm RC4WD King shocks. I've only installed 2 so far and have about 2 minutes on them around the house, but they are a huge improvement for sure! Can't wait to have them all installed and really see what they can do. I'll be updated this thread as I do things with the truck, whether it's upgrades or just some cool pics from a trail run. |

Finally got a change to really try out these King shocks, and boy are they great! I've still got some tuning and adjusting to do on my setup, but the truck really is coming along great. Next up will probably be adding a panhard bar, as the CMS setup with no panhard bar makes for some funky steering! |

I like the classic Chevy bodylines, what wheels and tires are you running? Are those trimmer down Proline bumpers?

| Re: 1972 Chevy C10 Wheels are the Axial 8 hole beadlocks. I'd like different ones, these don't seal super well. Tires are 1.9 RC4WD Interco TSL Super Swamper Boggers. They've been great. Bumpers are actually the original ones (Dingo) trimmed down.
