Default LC70 1.9 build

Will be making my own bull bar, brush bars and side steps. Also doing a custom tray with a canvas canopy on this one.
Will be changing wheels and shocks just using current ones for mocking up body.
First step was to chop the bumper down to fit bull bar on and make a high lift body mount for the front.

There is not actually much weld in the tray as its all folded up from 1 piece using a press. Make it a lot easier when you have all the right gear.

Made up some tow bars to suit the rc4wd tow hook. The military style one. Also added some rails under neath to screw wheel guards and bkxes/tanks up underneath.

Finally got some more work done on this. New suspension sorted with tray mounted, need to make new rear body mounts but the rest fits well. The tray need to be moves to the side a bit to line up better.

That's such a sick build! You've got the scale look down without being fragile, I like it.

Thanks I really appreciate it. I'm not a huge fan of the big wheels. Thinking some smaller ones will look better and sit it lower, also thinking increasing wheel base back to normal.

Yeah, those changes would look really nice. I don't particularly mind the size of the tires, but the wheelbase and ride height definitely could use some changes.
