Default Vanquish stage one help!

Hey everyone so I just purchased a stage one kit and I'm having a little bit of trouble with it. The passenger side went in without a problem but the driver side is fighting me. I am running vanquish vvds and it seems like there is a binding issue. I used the stock dog bones on the driver side for shits and giggles and it works great. Any information would be highly appreciated.

They absolutely fit, I have a set of axles with the same SSD housing, Vanquish stage 1 kit, and VVDs that has been that way for like 3 years.

What exactly is binding? If it's the VVDs when turning, it's likely an issue of something not being seated all the way (c-hub, bearing, driveshaft) which causes the pivot axis of the VVD to be off from the knuckle's axis.

Mine didn't fit. Had to change to axial cvds.

I'm not seeing what doesn't fit either.

What center gear and/or spool are you using? Sometimes Vanquish CVDs/universals are too long and they have to be ground down unless you use all Vanquish parts.

Try swapping the passenger side VVD that's working to the driver side to see if you still have the issue.

This exactly ^

Is it jamming up before the C or knuckle even get all the way together?
Does it all fit together ok but then binds when rotating?
Or does it rotate fine but binds when turning the knuckle?

Might be worth dropping the locker & ring gear out & trying again.

Also as suggested above try swapping the LH & RH axle shafts, they should be both identical so should fit in either side but maybe ones a hair too long
(conversely it could be a spool a whisker different one side to the other)
