|  Deadbolt to Hilux
Got a nice deal on eBay for this Deadbolt. Want to change it up to a Hilux with a rear cage.  The guy did some nice mods. I need to sort out the front drive shaft. Make the front links just a bit longer to get the drive shaft angle better.  I have a SR410 receiver that I will use.  Got a Tamiya cab and metal grill to test out the look of it. Today's update: Rear cage installed. New links up front. Made room for the battery tray by turning the front shocks around.   |

Those drive shaft angles are pretty steep! And I thought mine were bad.

Some work today, put on side plates and getting ready to make the bolt holes for the cab.  |

Almost done with the electronics. Added longer upper links and got the front drive shaft angle less steep.  Next is changing the lights from yellow to white. Will wire them up soon.  Last edited by JP98; 10-01-2020 at 01:35 PM. Reason: edit text |
