Default Replace stock diff gears with same size (but heavy duty)or upgrade to OD\UD?

Hi all,

Is it worth changing to OD and\or UD if I need to replace my stock 38/13 diff gears? If so, is it best to go OD in the front, UD in the rear or both? I drive a mix of trail and technical climbing
