I deleted my post because It obviously was misread by the few here looking to argue. I didn't say the truck was a flop. In fact I was agreeing with those who are saying to give the truck a chance. The opinion I was trying to give was while I don't see anything the really excites me I'll wait to see the new truck in person before saying it's good, bad, a success or flop. IMO

| Re: Scx10 ii Inferior to what? I said it's too big to easily fit through small trails. There's no 1:1 rig that can perform best in every situation just like there is no tire that can either so you build your truck around where you wheel. By all show and no go I meant that I don't worry if my rig gets a scratch and don't run 22" rims or have a candy powder coated frame etc. the point is that the Cherokee has an ugly design from the factory and nothing you can do to it will make it pretty. Why would I build a rig from an ugly canvas? I like what axial did here and will get one regardless of the body knowing I can change it just like most people will. I bought the crc rubicon not caring for the body and changed it as I did with the sawback, but my opinion is the Cherokee comes in last place in the looks department compared to anything else.

I was second-guessing my decision to go with a new untested SCX10 kit over the well-tried RTRs, but reading about it makes me much more excited about this. I can't break the bank with electronics, but this is going to be an exceptionally fun build! Axial Racing - SCX10 II |

| Re: Scx10 ii Agreed, so many nice things added in the new design. I love all the adjustability they incorporated in the chassis and suspension. I'm so psyched to get mine and really glad I preordered day 1. This is going to be a very fun truck to build and drive. Time to order some good electronics.

I really hope that Axial will provide an underdrive gear set option for the rear axle.

I am excited about all the changes. I assume those are glue on wheels. If so, I am a little disappointed in that. A kit should have beadlocks. Heck, I'm going to get one anyway.
