Axial is having an event at Casey Currie's garage next week, I wonder if they will show it off then.

Probably, considering Casey Currie owns this:

But this is all speculation, right?

Really makes sense with the BFG and the Casey Currie license. The SCX10 has needed a refresh, can't wait to see more "leaked" photos!

Re: Scx10 ii

If you stare hard near the rear tire, it looks like there is a red diff cover. That would mean new axle housings.

Re: Scx10 ii

The body looks nicely detailed with the mirrors, handles, flairs, and roof rack. See a set of Icon shocks. Otherwise I bet it will just be minor upgrades to the standard SCX at best. I wouldn't expect anything really new.

Re: Scx10 ii

I don't expect much "innovation", but I dig the body. Hoping Axial surprises me with something actually new but the whole Jeep license and everything is starting to seem like they're just milking a cash cow at this point.

I think there will be more changes than the skeptics think there will be.....8)

Re: Scx10 ii

A normal Cherokee body made out of lexan? Oh, and Axial has to pay to someone ive never even heard so they can use his 1:1 body?? Might be a big name for you in the US but hey, theres markets outside the US also.

Axial, please tell us that you really have something REALLY new under the hood. Otherwise, fail.

Any time a company steps in to make a new platform for your favorite segment of the hobby you should find the metaphorical mouth of that company and give it a big wet kiss.

Axial - thanks for making my hobby awesome! I will continue to gobble up pretty much whatever you come out with.

Signed,

Someone that loves and still drives a Yeti XL, EXO Terra Buggy, RR10, and SCX10 Honcho
