Typically, test units of any scale are purposely tested beyond their limits to try and break EVERYTHING. So yeah, this looks like just the right amount of wear. I'm surprised it's not more ugly. | |

Through out testing, parts will fail and that's why it's called testing. CHubs were beefed up in the early stages until they didn't fail. Adding material and changing plastic compounds are normal, but the drive train and 99% of the other parts were Flawless and didn't need change. I was wondering why you decided to put the pinch bolts for the Chubs on the bottom instead of on top? Would have gained some clearance there
